However in todays ‘war for talent’ market the demands are such that these methodologies are rarely strong enough on their own to attract the best talent who can be best described as passive/non – passive in their attitude to furthering their careers.
Rather than simply offering the clichéd recruitment practice - to propose expensive advertising solutions we prefer to align such practices with our core search methodology, head hunting.
We believe that to maintain our promise of honest recruitment we should engage in a consultative process with our clients to determine which solution suits their needs best. Very often there is simply no need to ‘throw’ money at advertising if search recruitment is done properly.
